some customers are required to give us additional information, such as
their resale number and/or tax ID, which we use to report profits from
sales and Tax purposes. Additionally, when you purchase products, we ask
that you give us your permission to send you promotional materials.

you are a Customer placing an order, our employees will use your
information during the process of fulfilling your order and supporting
your shopping experience. We may also use your information to send you
promotional emails from our company only.
•If you receive a promotional email from us
and you would rather not receive similar emails from us in the future,

Transfer of information: If you purchase materials from us, we agree to

Acquisition: If in the event that Crystal Eyes Entertainment or the TV ArtScapes® division’s assets are acquired, Customer information will be
one of the transferred assets.

How secure is your information?
We
use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt sensitive information
you input on our website to protect the security of your information
during transmission.
We use commercially reasonable methods to secure your information, such
as storing your credit card and tax ID information in an encrypted
manner, using appropriate firewalls, and keeping certain servers
inaccessible to outside networks.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when
confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card
number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
Only employees and agents who need access to your information to perform
their jobs have access to your information.
You should take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized
access to your password and to your computer, including not sharing your
password with others and always logging off when you are done using a
